We use the UK Royal Mail courier service. When your goods are sent out we will email you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on their progress along their journey. www.royalmail.com
RETURNS POLICY
Changed your mind?
This happens, in this instance you have 14 days to tell us you wish to return the goods and then a further 14 days to arrange the return at your own cost. Please return in the same condition as received, as we cannot refund if the goods have been used.
Please keep proof of postage just in case it goes missing in transit.
The exception to this change of mind returns policy is for orders made specifically to your specifications, i.e. a shirt.
Faulty goods:
UK customers: If your order arrives faulty, please email us with photos within 14 days and we will arrange collection via Royal Mail within 14 days.
You will be entitled to either a speedy replacement or a full refund.
International customers: If your order arrives faulty, please email us with photo within 14 days and we will send out a speedy replacement or a full refund.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
As all fabrics are natural, each garment is sent out with colour capture sheets for their first two washes.
